Plot

Lorenzo “Cane” Tejada Jr. is the main antagonist of Power Book II: Ghost and a key nemesis in the Power Universe. He is Lorenzo and Monet Tejada’s eldest son.

He is Monet’s right hand, Ezekiel Cross’ half-brother, and Dru and Diana Tejada’s big brother. He is the enforcer of the Tejada drug organization and Monet’s most trusted son before they partnered with Tariq. Cane then attempted to assassinate Tariq out of envy but failed. He initially collaborated with Tariq when they murdered Jabari until he betrays Tariq by framing him for two murders and again when he orders the execution of Tariq’s lover Lauren Baldwin, who failed and was placed in witness protection. Cane appears as one of the two primary antagonists in season one, a tertiary antagonist in season two, and a secondary antagonist in seasons three and four.
