Andrew Zimmern is a chef, restaurateur, television and radio personality, director, producer, businessman, food critic, and author from the United States. He co-created, hosted, and consulted on the Travel Channel television show Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern, as well as the Food Network series The Big Food Truck Tip.
At the age of 14, he began formal culinary training. He graduated from Vassar College and the Dalton School.
