Haines, who was honored at Us Weekly’s bash, also said that she sought to avoid gaining weight while pregnant by not overindulging. Haines has already stated that she enjoys working out in various interviews, so she is not new to it. Yet, after the birth of her third child, Caleb Joseph, she started “getting steps” and doing “toning exercises.” In a separate interview with the journal in late June of last year, she admitted to being preoccupied with her daily step count. While the journalist did not detail the specifics of her toning activities, two advantages of toning workouts are weight loss and muscle toning.
Sara Haines previously discussed her fitness routine before becoming a mother in a 2011 interview with SELF. One thing she has done consistently since then is toning workouts. She revealed at the time that her obsession is practicing in the morning while sitting on a balancing disk at her desk throughout the day. She went on to say that the most significant difference comes from what she does outside of working out, specifically her food. Haines adheres to the paleo diet, which emphasizes eating real foods and avoiding manufactured meals. It is based on the premise that our bodies are best adapted to what we ate during the Paleolithic epoch, when people had a high-fat, low-carbohydrate diet.
Sara’s diet was disclosed when she answered a fan’s inquiry on whether she adheres to the keto diet, which is a low-calorie diet. A keto diet is a low-carb, moderate-protein, high-fat diet that drives your body to use fat as its major fuel source rather than glucose.
