Star Trek
Gallegos made a fleeting appearance in the Star Trek: Enterprise episode “Strange New World” as a crew member. A squad of Osaarian pirates hijacked the ship and began robbing it while this crewman from the command division was working in engineering. He was shot by an Osaarian when he was crawling down a ladder from the top level. Then he collapsed on the floor.
He worked in engineering during the Degra situation later in the operations section. In this instance, he was putting out a fire in the engineering department with a fire extinguisher. He saw some Xindi-Insectoid eggs while in the abandoned ship with Archer. When three Sphere-Builders materialized in main engineering to prevent Enterprise from demolishing Sphere 41, he was on duty there. He was struck by an energy disturbance from a Sphere-Builder as he stood in front of the warp engine. He was propelled into the chamber and collided with a wall before landing on the floor.
In 2153, this crew member was assigned to Enterprise. When a spatial anomaly struck the Enterprise, he was assigned to the command division. This strangeness in the hallway startled him, and he fell back to the floor. He was assigned to protect Rajiin within the brig later that year while serving in the operations section and as a member of a security detail. He fired his phase-pistol at a Xindi-Reptilian boarding team as they entered the passageway. The security crewman was slain along with another when the Xindi-Reptilian detonated an organic explosive.

In Season 1, he portrayed CHP Sergeant Devlin, and in Season 7, he portrayed Agent Mizelli on 24. Devlin was a Los Angeles-based sergeant of the California Highway Patrol. Kim Bauer was discovered by CHP police under Devlin’s leadership after she ran away from Victor Drazen’s dock at the Port of Los Angeles. Then, Devlin gave George Mason a call to let him know that CTU was still searching for her and to provide Mason with the location of her discovery.
In the state of California, the California Highway Patrol, also known as the CHP, was a law enforcement organization. On Day 4, Jack Bauer (disguised as a masked robber) interacted with a few CHP officers at a remote gas station in Somis that Doug owned.
Career
Before landing a brief role in the 1994 family movie “Monkey Trouble,” Gallegos made his name in a variety of theatrical performances, including “Fame” at the El Modena Playhouse. Gallegos originally studied ballet. After making a brief comeback to acting in 2000, he was cast in two short-lived sitcoms: “The King of Queens” and “Bette.”
After being bitten by the acting bug, the dedicated thespian began making appearances on a variety of other television programs, such as “CSI: Miami,” “Star Trek: Enterprise,” and “The Practice.” He appeared in two separate parts on FOX’s “24,” in addition to having a recurring role as Cristobel on the popular show “Prison Break.”
He has mostly been typecast to play Latino gangsters on the big screen in films such as “Malibu’s Most Wanted” and “Bad Boys II.” Additionally, he drove an armored truck in Sam Raimi’s “Spider-Man 3.” Possibly his most significant cinematic part to date was playing Diaz, a mercenary in the 2008 action thriller “Rambo.” Gallegos also made appearances in several behind-the-scenes documentaries related to the film. His most recent position is as the main character in the A&E television series “Longmire,” which is based on Craig Johnson’s detective novels.
