It wouldn’t even be fair to say that she was a large fish in a small pond; she was like Jaws from the movie Jaws, only she was in a swimming pool at home. By the final few episodes, the Nurys show had replaced The Challenge.
With ten other Jaws, two Godzillas, a Lochness Monster, Lugia, and CT, Nurys is Jaws in an Ocean. It will be amazing to go from being at the top to now being in the middle of a loaded cast where everyone knows you’re a threat and may want to pull you down.
It feels a little offensive to say that Nurys has the makings of a future champion when many people, including myself, think she ought to be a champion already. In any case, I hope it becomes a reality someday. Nurys has a fan in me because she is a badass, beautiful, and gives her all on the game. She also interacts with fans on social media because she loves her time on the program. For all of these reasons, she deserves to be on Season 40. Her influence on the franchise has been noticeable even after just two seasons.
The fact that Nurys is originally from Maine is one of my favorite facts about her. Are You The One? was the first reality TV show she appeared on. Season 6. Nurys was involved in a romantic triangle and rivalry with Malcolm Drummer and Diandra Delgado throughout this season.
