She was an original major cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from 2010 to 2019. She co-hosted Overserved with Lisa Vanderpump in 2021. She appeared in Vanderpump Dogs later that year.
Vanderpump began ballet training when she was three years old and attended Riverston School in Lee Green, South London. At the age of nine, Vanderpump joined in the Corona Academy drama school.

Vanderpump received a Golden Palm Star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars in July 2014. Vanderpump was awarded the Ally Leadership Award in August 2015 by the LGBT rights organization Equality California.
In October 2015, Vanderpump coordinated a quiet dissent walk against the Yulin Canine Meat Celebration, the walk went from MacArthur Park to the Chinese Department General in Los Angeles and began a development to end the maltreatment, torment and butcher of canines around the world. They launched the Stop Yulin Forever campaign with her husband Ken and their partner, John Sessa. Following that, Vanderpump addressed Congress regarding the same issues.
The purpose of Vanderpump’s documentary “The Road to Yulin… and Beyond,” which was released in March 2018, was to bring an end to the barbaric Yulin Dog Meat Festival.
