When the officer questioned Gilson and asked if she knew where she was, Kortni responded that she did and that they were in front of Newby’s, a pub. She was sentenced to probation and community service for a year. Kortni was spotted with an open container in a parking lot near their Chevrolet pickup truck in a previous 2014 incident. Kortni told the cops she just had one drink and was fined $160 for having an open container.
