By the age of 20, Booker started honing his chug techniques and preparing to compete in culinary contests. In order to strengthen his jaw and extend his tummy, Booker practices for competitions. He chews more than twenty pieces of gum at once to strengthen his jaw, consumes a lot of fruit and vegetables, and drinks liters of water while seated to stretch his stomach.
He says that eating competitively is a healthy sport, and he is lost weight doing it. He is now ranked 27th by the IFOCE as of 2022. Additionally, Booker is well-known for his YouTube channel, BadlandsChugs, where he mostly does challenges involving soda chugging. His YouTube channel gained more than 3 million subscribers in just one year in 2019.
Booker won a lemonade drinking competition at the 2021 Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest after consuming a gallon of lemonade in less than 40 seconds. He set a new record of 23.08 seconds in 2023 after winning his second lemonade chugging contest title in 2022. He broke his 2023 record with a timing of 21 seconds in 2024, continuing his winning streak while drinking lemonade.
