In 2010, Freedman replaced Felicity Whelan as a Weekend Today weather presenter, following which she split hosting duties with Steven Jacobs as a Today weather presenter. For many years, she was a regular contributor to the Nine Network’s coverage of the Melbourne Spring Racing Carnival. In addition, Freedman was a regular sports presenter on the Nine Network’s Wide World of Sports and Weekend Today. Due to cost-cutting measures, Freedman was laid go from the Nine Network in December 2014.
Jules Lund and Freedman were confirmed as the hosts of The Scoopla Show, which premiered on the Hit Network in January 2015. In September 2015, she was hired as a national drive news presenter on Hit Network.
