They represented both the buyer and the seller in the $34 million sale of the Casey Kasem Estate in Holmby Hills, the $30 million sale of 438 N. Faring Road in Holmby Hills, and the $30 million sale of 200 N. Delfern in Holmby Hills. Additionally, David and James helped to arrange the $18.5 million sale of a highly sought-after property on Melrose Place in Los Angeles, which is home to the shops of well-known designers like Oscar De La Renta and Chloé, as well as the storied Hustler store on Sunset Blvd.
