Caine was raised in Australia’s Greek Orthodox Church. She helped start Hills District Youth Service, which was her first experience volunteering as a youth worker. She then rose to the position of director of Youth Alive, a national youth ministry. She and her husband, Nick, who is currently the CEO of A21 and the pastor of Zoe Churches, started the A21 Campaign in 2008.
The mission of the non-governmental, 501(c)(3) organization A21 is to “abolish slavery everywhere, forever.” With 19 locations across 14 countries, their mission is to prevent human trafficking by raising awareness, protect victims in their transition homes and shelters, prosecute traffickers, and fortify the legal response to human trafficking. They also hope to end human trafficking in the twenty-first century by collaborating with law enforcement, individuals, corporations, government agencies, and other non-governmental organizations.
Caine established Propel Women, a nonprofit that supports the potential, passion, and purpose of all women worldwide, in January 2015. The mission of Propel Women is to respect each woman’s calling, enable her to take charge, prepare her for success, and help her discover her divine destiny.
Additionally, Caine has appeared on a number of worldwide television programs, such as Daystar, Joyce Meyer’s Enjoying Everyday Life, Better Together, Huckabee, Life Today with James Robison, and TBN’s Praise the Lord. Equip & Empower with Christine Caine, a weekly TV program that featured Caine, debuted on TBN in October 2016.

In May 2018, author Carey Scott filed a lawsuit against Caine and HarperCollins Christian Publishing, claiming that Caine’s book Unashamed (2016) and its derivative work Unshakeable (2017) violated Scott’s copyright.
